RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

These Website Standard Terms and Conditions written on this webpage shall manage your use of our website, ReyTheme accessible at www.voldyxwear.com.

These Terms will be applied fully and affect to your use of this Website. By using this Website, you agreed to accept all terms and conditions written in here. You must not use this Website if you disagree with any of these Website Standard Terms and Conditions.

Minors or people below 18 years old are not allowed to use this Website.

Return and Exchange Eligibility ( Read this to see if you are eligible for a return)

VOLDYX offers a 21-day return window for all items purchased on our site and in stores (excluding items discounted 20% or more).

All items being returned or exchanged must meet the following conditions; otherwise, returns may be denied:

  • Items must be unwashed.
  • Items must be unworn.
  • Items must be in their original packaging.
  • Items with pilling may be subject to denial.
  • Items with markings or stains will not be accepted.
  • Items with strong odors, including but not limited to smoke, cologne, or detergent, will not be accepted.
  • Accessories such as jewelry, caps, bottles, and bags cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.
  • Bodysuits cannot be exchanged due to hygiene concerns.
  • Returns or exchanges of socks or other undergarments are not accepted for hygiene purposes.

Please note, our 21-day warranty excludes normal wear and tear as well as damage caused by misuse or accidents.

If your product(s) meet our return conditions, our team will issue a store credit to the email address associated with your order (shipping costs are excluded).

Store credit, coupon codes, and gift cards are valid for one year from the date of issue.

Please be aware that VOLDYX reserves the right to deny returns submitted after the 21-day return window.

Item Missing from your order / Received a Damaged item / Received an incorrect item

If you’ve received an incorrect item, are missing an item from your order, or if any item is damaged in any way, please submit a ticket to our support team.

Out-of-Stock Exchanges

If the product you wish to exchange is out of stock, VOLDYX will issue store credit valid for up to 12 months from the date of issue.

Return Shipping and Locations by Order Type

VOLDYX offers FREE returns and exchanges for domestic orders shipped via Citypak. To initiate a return, please contact our Support team using any of the following methods:

If you purchased from our Flagship store on Duplication Road.

If you made your purchase from the VOLDYX Flagship store, please note that it is mandatory to return the item to the Flagship store via Citypak courier service.
Alternatively, you may visit our Flagship store on Duplication Road to return your order, provided all return conditions are met.

Returns on Sale Items

Any items discounted 20% or more are considered final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.

Items discounted less than 20% may be returned within our 21-day return window, provided all return conditions are met.

Exchanges on items received as a Gift

Exchanges for gift items can only be requested for the same item and color in alternate sizes. When requesting an exchange, please coordinate with the gift giver, as we may require their name and contact number to verify the purchase.

*Refunds or store credits will not be issued for gift items.
